It is known that startups have a very tough time during its initial stages to manage and run the show with less number of employees. But the talent of an entrepreneur lies exactly there. He must know how to manage a team with less number of people but by providing the same output. He must train and motivate his folks such that they are ready to be a backup and work instead of another person at times of crisis.

Resourcefulness matters

Ground zero or the war zone maybe the only place in the world where one really cannot hold a single expression for more than a second. Things and activities constantly change the surrounding and it is on how a unit takes the situation forward with the available resources. Sometimes or many-a-times it so happens that a battalion loses out in terms of men and other resources like food, water and so on but this does not stop them from going forward. Such must be the attitude of every entrepreneur!
