One of the biggest battles in patent infringement started with Apple filing a suit against Samsung alleging that it has copied deigns of Apple’s iPhones and iPads in some of its Android-powered Galaxy phones and Tablets. Samsung countersued Apple and since then both the companies have been tangled in more than 20 cases in 10 countries around the globe. Apple however succeeded in stating a ban on Samsung’s Galaxy tab 10.1 in Australia and all EU nations except Netherlands. The battle however is still going on in courts for Samsung’s allegations.
