Nidhi Razdan

Nidhi Razdan is a journalist at NDTV 24x7, who believes television is less about glamour and more about hard work.

Razdan joined NDTV in the year 1999 as a news anchor, who soon got promoted to a senior journalist. She has proved her talent as a reporter by covering national politics, Kashmir and foreign affairs. Some of her renowned works include documentaries from Tibet, Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK), Iran, and the effects of Terrorism on Britain.

According to Razdan, the increasing number of females in the field of journalism is an encouraging sign for girl students.

She has been honoured with Ramnath Goenka Award for Excellence in Journalism for reporting from Jammu and Kashmir and north-eastern India and The Jammu and Kashmir State government award for excellence in journalism.

Razdan earned her graduation degree from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and Post-Graduate Diploma in Radio and TV Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi.
