Success Mantra: “Passion is the big secret. Confidence comes if you enjoy what you do. I am always challenging myself to be a better person.”

Her father Hemandra Kothari is a renowned name in the investment banking sector. Aditi commenced her first fund abroad that was launched by DSP BlackRock in 2005. From the very beginning Aditi was active in reforming the team, making it more enthusiastic and participative, open, outgoing, and imaginative.

Equipped with an MBA from Harvard, Aditi believes that marketing is the sole path through which one can be innovative in a financial field.

Talking about the hardships and difficulties she had to face Aditi recalls that her first spell with Merrill Lynch was not that easy, but ultimately it helped her in becoming more disciplined. “The advantage of being an illustrious father's daughter is that it gives you a lot of confidence. But it doesn't give you managerial and leadership responsibilities”, says Aditi.
