Indians are known to be polite and calm, this is a boon and a curse to all foreign partner looking entrepreneurs. It is a boon because a polite and a calm mind can restore the business at any point of time and put things on track. It is also a curse because, when a foreigner does business with an Indian it is obvious to think that the Indian sitting across the table is accepting a spoken point but it needn’t be the same, the Indian entrepreneur or capitalist may be strongly disagreeing the point but would stay calm and quite exercising politeness.

Or a foreigner simply loses his business by rudely commenting on a passerby, who has a long dirty beard tied around his waist, for a foreigner – he is just an amusement and a joke but for the Indian business partner – he is a devotee of Sikhism, may be a far related family member or a spiritual guru.
