After deploying a social networking site within an enterprise, it’s the duty of IT administrators to make sure that their social networking site is gaining the much needed reputation across the enterprise space. Then the next question- what is the best way in finding that out? The number of comments, the number of page views, the number of new connections to the system, the overall use of the system are just some of the factors that contribute to the metrics and analytics criteria.
