24/7 Customer to increase headcount to 1000

Bangalore: 24/7 Customer, a supplier of integrated customer lifecycle management services today announced that it will increase its employee headcount in Hyderabad to 1,000 people by March 2007. Inaugurated in November 2005, 24/7 Customer’s state–of–the-art dedicated facility in Hyderabad, spread over 90,000 sq feet, provides customer support and tech support to its customers. “Hyderabad provides a huge talent pool of professionals, which we would like to leverage and aggressively recruit at all levels. The infrastructure in Hyderabad is dynamic that meets the changing demands and exponential growth of the industry,” said S Nagarajan, Founder and COO of 24/7 Customer. The company also unveiled 24/7 Ascend, an innovative partnership program for the academia that is designed to demystify the BPO industry for the student community and make them better prepared for a career in BPO. Through this program 24/7 Customer aims to BPO enable students across the state as well as other parts of the country.
