24/7 Customer strengthens management team

BANGALORE: 24/7 Customer, the leading provider of BPO services to Global 500 companies, today announced the appointment of Pradeep Narayanan as Chief Delivery Officer. The appointment signals a significant milestone in 24/7 Customer's growth plans. Pradeep Narayanan joins from NIIT where he put in a 17-year stint and was last heading NIIT's education business for India. An XLRI alumnus, he has also put in stints with Eicher and ONGC over a career spanning more than two decades. In his current role, Pradeep will be a key force in driving 24/7 Customer's focus on building and delivering effective solutions that constantly surpass customer expectations. He brings to 24/7 Customer his experience and learning in building the country's largest IT training business, to help augment 24/7's delivery framework. To cater to the growth of business from its existing customers and new customers, 24/7 Customer plans to touch 7000 employees by the end of 2004. 24/7 Customer recently opened a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Bangalore city and work is in progress on the state of the art campus that is set to come up in Bangalore by the end of 2004. In July 2003, 24/7 Customer secured $22 million in financing led by leading venture investor Sequoia Capital.
