24/7 Customer Appoints Doug Bettinger as CFO

BANGALORE : Doug Bettinger joins 24/7 Customer from Intel Corporation. He has many years of diverse international business experience as a senior finance executive. In his new capacity as CFO of 24/7 Customer, Doug will direct and oversee all financial and operational concerns of the company. He will be responsible for the company's domestic and foreign financial and fiscal management policies, provide guidance to senior-level management and help direct the daily operation of the company. Doug's experience and background is wide ranging. His most recent position with Intel was as the Corporate Planning and Reporting Controller. In this capacity, he led the External Reporting, Treasury Accounting, and Corporate Planning functions. Doug was instrumental in implementing Intel's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and was responsible for managing Intel's world-wide budgetary and reporting processes. Prior to this, he was the Site Operations Controller at Intel's facility in Malaysia. He was responsible for managing the financials for Intel's largest Assembly and Test facility. As a member of the site's management team, he was responsible for driving the site's financial processes. Additionally, Doug held a variety of positions in Intel's manufacturing operations and product divisions. He was with Intel for over 11 years. Doug holds a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
