He violated an Order of Protection by poking a contact on Facebook. Very similar to a Restraining Order, a Protection order is one that bars any contact of the offender with the one filing it.

Jason Smith asked a girl he knew on Facebook to go out with him. After she refused, he cyberstalked her and threatened her for 2 years. He ended up receiving a lifetime restraining order for the same.
