The way, Cox Communications provide services to its customer, has increased the number of unhappy customers in the list. From a rating of 59 percent, the number has grown to 63 percent.
Its introductory offers might attract some new customers, but the way they charge the older customers is very much disliked.
Boosting up of price in the later period is the main reason, this company is losing out customers from its list.
