Stephen R Pratt co-founded Infosys Consulting in 2004. He is presently senior vice president and managing partner, worldwide consulting and systems integration. Pratt is also a member of the company's  executive council.

Stephen joined Infosys after 12 years as a senior partner at Deloitte Consulting, where he established the company’s CRM practice. Stephen holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, and a master's degree from the George Washington University.

His total compensation during the fiscal year 2012-13 stood at $2129785. Pratt received a total package of $2,129,785, showing a rise of 7 percent compared to his FY 2011-12 remuneration of $1,986,653.
