Daniel Ek, 28 is the founder of Spotify, a company that deals in digital music service with access to millions of songs via a freemium and advertising model.
He is probably the youngest founder the world had ever produced as he is said to have founded his first company 1997 at the age of 14. Spotify was launched in the year 2008, as a reaction to the decline of the music industry. People listen to more music than ever, from a bigger diversity of artists. The underlying business has changed from being about ownership to an access model.
Spotify has a company valuation of $1.1 billion.
