10 Simple Mistakes that can Ruin Your Startup

#4 Trying to do Everything on Your Own

It is your idea but something as big as a business cannot be run by one man. Henry ford introduced the assembly line production and he produced a car in every 20 minutes that is the power of delegation of work. You can oversee all the process but things cannot move forward if you try to tighten every nut on every bolt because you do not trust anyone else to do it well enough.

Learn to trust the people you work with, or better, pick the people you trust who will suit the job.

#3 Ignoring Feedback from Your Customers

When you are starting up something new, it is important to get feedback from the people who use your products. Getting the feedback is not enough, you have to get back to the game room and see how the product is failing to deliver to different segments of the market because no product is perfect.
