10. Apple Inc is a fry cry from how the company markets itself:

Apple products redefine effortless technology. They market their products as the smooth integration of everything under one roof. On the contrary they outsource their products to be assembled by Asian contract manufacturers such as FoxConn.

The company was recently in a controversy over working conditions in the assembling plants. Although they have agreed to improve working conditions in such plants but  the affected ask is it enough? What may also surprise most of you is that it was only recently that Tim Cook visited FoxConn. Steve Jobs had never done that before.

Apple also portrays itself as an eco friendly tech company. The reality is very different. Apple plants are known to dispose off their waste in a very harmful manner.

Let us hope that apple soon takes steps to change its attitude. If not this, then they should stop lying to the general public about being a responsible employer.
