The name, Ghibli has been retained by Maserati once again after 1997. The Ghibli is expected to offer open challenge to BMW 5 and Mercedes E-class series.

The petrol engine will be equipped with 3,0L V6 engine and will be capable of producing 410 bhp and 406 lb of torque. It will hit 0-62 miles within 5 seconds and will hit the max of 177 miles/hour.
