King Farouk of Egypt was a king with a very bad temper and a miser. He was a wealthy king who would go to any extent to get anything he desired and wished for.  This child like character of him led him to steal a watch from Winston Churchill. King Farouk was also believed to have stolen from Shah of Persia’s coffin. So what if a person is a king it doesn’t stop him from anything?

10. President caught on Cam for stealing a pen-

Vaclav Klaus was the president of Czech Republic during the year 2011. He was a man on the highest position of the country and he was found stealing a pen during his visit to Chile. But this act of him does not impact him much as he feels that it was always a normal thing to keep a pen with him after signing anything. When questioned on this act he simply replied saying he takes things all the times.
