Manoj Bhargava, an Indian American behind the Multi-Billion Dollar Brand, 5-hour ENERGY claims to be the richest Indian in America.

Bharagava’s brand ‘5-hour ENERGY’, a flavoured energy drink, under his company ‘Living Essential’ is ruling the market of energy shots with profits that accounts to billions of dollars. Bhargava’s stake in the company is estimated to be more than $3 billion and it took just 8 years for Bhargava to take his company and brand towards success and conquer the market with nearly 90 percent shares.

He even announced that 90 percent of his earnings will go to charity."I have made a lot of money in the West and I do not believe in much of personal consumption," says Bhargava. Moreover, he has established Hans Foundation, an Indian based non-profit organization which mainly focuses on charity work. The foundation has provided financial support to more than 400 charity projects among which cancer treatment to the poor patients of Kamala Nehru Memorial Hospital is something worth mentioning.
