Question Eight: What happens if one of us leaves the company?

The last thing an investor, capitalist, founder and the company as a whole would be looking for is a co-founder hanging around in the company without any interest or with guilt. If a business is doing well it must not be necessarily stopped if one person loses it out. It may not likely be a question to be asked during the formation of the company but it is indeed the most important one. A back up plan must be discussed and the company must not dissolve unless all the founders are completely willing for it.
