David M. Cote also known as “Dave” is the Chairman and CEO of Honeywell. In 2002 he was first elected President, CEO and a member of the Board of Honeywell and later he became the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well. Earlier in 1999 Cote served as the President and COO of TRW Automotive and in 2002 he became Chairman and CEO of the company. Even before that he served for twenty years at GE as Corporate Senior Vice President and President and CEO. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at JP Morgan Chase and is an advisor at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and company. He now earns $35.3 million in a year.
