What he did: Built Facebook’s Backbone

 Chris is the greatest multi-tasker of Facebook. He has developed the News Feed section of Facebook, the main reason for Facebook’s near billion user existence. In 2008, after the company lost many of its key employees, Chris took charge of the human resource department to focus on defining Facebook's mission, company values, product values, and how Facebook manages people. He is now back in charge of the product department and reports directly to Mark Zuckerberg.
