#4 Android Scripting Environment

Android Scripting Environment is a library that allows the creation and running of scripts written in various scripting languages directly on Android devices. These scripts have access to many of the APIs (application programming interface ) available to normal Java Android applications, but with a simplified interface. Scripts can be run interactively in a terminal, or in the background using the Android services architecture.

The languages it supported were— Python using CPython, Perl, Ruby using JRuby, Lua, JavaScript and others.

#3 Google Moderator

Google Moderator is a Google service that uses crowdsourcing to rank user-submitted questions, suggestions and ideas. It was launched on September 25, 2008. The service allows the management of feedback from a large number of people, who can vote for the top questions that they think should be posed and ask their own. The service aims to ensure that every question is considered, lets the audience see others' questions, and helps the moderator of a team or event address the questions that the audience most cares about.
