2. Nitin Paranjpe

Nitin Paranjpe, a mechanical engineer and master in business administration, started his career in HUL as an Area Sales Manager. In 1996, he became the Branch Manager, followed by getting appointed as a member of the ‘Project Millennium Team’ in 1999.

After this, he got posted to review the organization structure in Unilever London. After returning to India in 2002, he got appointed as the Category Head for the entire Asian region (Laundry and Household Cleaning).

His glories didn’t stopped here and got continued as the Vice President in 2004 (Home Care India), Executive Director in March 2006 (Home & Personal Care business) and the CEO in April, 2008.

3. Robert Kotick
Activision Blizzard

Robert Kotick gives all the credit of his success to the late legendary software tycoon, Steve Jobs. It was Steve Jobs, who suggested him to drop out of college and get moving with his entrepreneurial skills.

Kotick started his career with creating software for Apple; by that time he was attending college at the University of Michigan.

In the year 1987, he acquired a major stake in Leisure concepts. He bought twenty-five percent shares of the Activision with one of his friends. By the year 1991, he became the CEO of Activision.
