10 Most Common BYOD Worker Types

The Millennials:

The Millennials are those classes of workers to blame (or even praise) for the BYOD phenomenon. These guys have been pouring into the workforce and been putting up constant pressure over the companies to implement this well-disturbing policy. What they wanted is the permission to use their mobile devices during the job; clearly the intentions to blend business lives with personal lives. And so far they have been successful, yet with more work left out.

The Techies:

Next up are the techies. These guys shake heads at anything and everything and always are seen wearing glasses, bearing the ‘nerd’ look. They are so close to the so-called Apple boxes or the ‘iBoxes’, simplistic iPhones and iPads. But lately, they have found a new friend called the Android.

And now, with BYOD in place, these geeks have found a better place in the enterprise tech. The Androids and the iOSes have given them so much of options such that they even can control their systems remotely using some cool apps.
