10 Bollywood Celebrities Slapped With Criminal Charges

#9 Salman Khan

Salman Khan, known to be the controversies favorite child, faces two major charges including the 1998 blackbuck poaching case and the 2002 hit-and-run case. During the shooting of “Hum Sath Sath Hain”, Salman along with his co-stars Saif Ali khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam killed two endangered blackbucks and chinkaras in a village near Jodhpur in 1998. The hearing of the case was at Jodhpur court on April 27, 2013.

Besides, Salman also is also charged for ‘culpable homicide not amounting to murder” in 2002 hit-and-run case. He faces the charge of killing a 28-year old man and injuring others who was sleeping on the pavement near a bakery in Bandra. The actor was said to have been under the influence of alcohol.

#8 Saif Ali Khan

Saif Ali Khan, one among the five accused in the blackbuck poaching case along with his “Hum Sath Sath Hain” co-actors has been booked for shooting the protected animal in a village in Jodhpur. The hearing is still on. Apart from that, he was also charge sheeted for hitting an NRI business man at the Wasabi Restaurant at the Taj Mahal Hotel.
