PGC Infotech launches online video interview portal

Coimbatore: In an effort to bring both job seekers and employers on a virtual platform, PGC Infotech, a division of the $60 million Prem Group of Companies, has launched an online video interview portal -'whereismyboss.com'. PGC's online technology, which is in conjunction with Boston-headquartered Burning Glass Technologies' artificial intelligence, is expected to help people find suitable jobs. "It would ensure that distance or time would no longer be an impediment for conducting a one-on-one interview on a real time basis," said D. Prem, Chairman, PGC Infotech. The CEO of Burning Glass Technologies, Matt Sigelman, said the company's 'intelligent matching technology' would help speed up the registration process. This will increase registration rates and help in quality data capture.
