NEW DELHI: The apex association for IT industry Nasscom (National Association of Software and Services Companies) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) to encourage information exchange on IT industry issues. According to the Nasscom’s statement: “A joint ITAC-Nasscom committee comprising senior officials from Indian and Canadian IT companies will manage the agreement. The committee will meet twice in a year to discuss areas of common interest. It will undertake joint activities, including conferences and research projects, to advance the understanding of the business communities and the potential business opportunities in India and Canada.” According to S.
