MosChip appoints Kalyanasundaram as CFO

Hyderabad: MosChip Semiconductor Technology, a Hyderabad based a fabless semiconductor company, has announced the appointment of Sathya Kalyanasundaram as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. Prior to joining MosChip Kalyanasundaram was CFO of Alliance India and Vice President of its global operations.
Kalyanasundaram will be instrumental in providing guidance to the financial team at MosChip in managing and taking sound financial decisions. He will be responsible for formulating and managing the financial strategy of the company along with covering different areas of fund raising, acquisitions, costing, taxation and budgeting.

Kalyanasundaram has more than twelve years of relevant financial experience across different industries and brings with him tremendous competence in finance, strategy, business planning and corporate accounting. He is an MBA (Finance) from the University of Hartford, CT and also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
