Megasoft revenue, net up

HYDERABAD: The Megasoft group has recorded revenues of $6.76 million and net profit of $1.3 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005. For the last fiscal ended December 31, 2004, the group posted revenues of $19.3 million and a loss of $14.5 million. During the third quarter, the company successfully issued convertible preferential shares and other instruments to part-fund its expansion plans.
