This is when he thought of establishing Sahayata Global Assistance with a motive to serve each and every car running on road with a commitment to provide them on-time roadside assistance services within the stipulated time. Some of the major offerings of Sahayata include –

A customer can get road side assistance, which will include mechanical and accidental breakdown towing, on-site repairs, fuel delivery, assistance in case of wrong fuelling, battery jumpstart, flat tyre change, locked and lost keys and host of other road side emergency assistances.

Identifying and Fixing Mechanical Faults

The trained mechanics are equipped to resolve minor mechanical faults at the breakdown location itself.

Battery Jumpstart

In case of weak or dead battery the firm shall assist to jumpstart the vehicle even providing a new battery at actual cost in case the old one needs replacement.

Fuel Delivery

In case the car runs out of fuel while driving the company assists by providing up to 5 liters of Petrol/Diesel at the actual cost.
