6. JK House

Though Ambani’s Antilia has changed the face of luxury homes yet, JK House has emerged to tower over Antilia. JK House is Gautam Singhania’s Mansion, the billionaire family who owns the Raymond Group. JK House is a 30-storied mansion of 145 metres high, located in Breach Candy, South Mumbai. This billionaire’s residence offers spectacular view of the sea and has all the luxury frills which include six levels of car parking facility, private swimming pool, gym with spa, helipad, sprawling apartments for each family members and a museum floor.

Distinctive feature that distinguish this house from the others is the private museum that includes jade collection of Singhania and the art and artifacts collected over the years. The museum starts from where the parking levels end and will span across two or three floors.

From the thirteen floors up, the residential quarters begin overlooking a stunning view of the sea. The ground floor is supposed to have a grand entrance lobby and the first and second floors already have a flagship Raymond store.
