Godrej Properties launches Godrej Oasis in Gurgaon

Bangalore : Godrej Properties Ltd. the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, today announced the launch of its premium residential project, Godrej Oasis, in Sector 88A, Gurgaon. Spread over approximately 4.5 acres, this project will comprise 5 towers with 306 apartments and a total saleable area of approximately 46,000 square meters (500,000 sq. ft.). Customers can choose from 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments ranging in size from 121 square meters (1,307 sq. ft.) to 192 square meters (2,066 sq. ft.) with prices starting from INR 85 lakhs.
This project has strategic connectivity from the three major highways - Pataudi Road, NPR (Northern Periphery Road) and NH8. Upcoming road infrastructure will further enhance the connectivity of the project to Delhi and other parts of Gurgaon.
The project will offer lifestyle amenities like a 10,000 sq. ft. modern clubhouse surrounded by water bodies, a 1.5 acre central courtyard, lavish landscaping, terrace gardens, pool side party decks, a well-equipped gymnasium, two swimming pools, a tennis court, convenience shopping and more. The homes at Godrej Oasis will have modern interiors including premium modular kitchen, imported marble flooring in the living room, air-conditioning and more. The home layouts are intelligently designed efficient floor-plans which also ensure ample sunlight and ventilation for all residents. The balconies are designed with expansive sit out spaces so that residents can enjoy the green and open vistas around their homes.
Godrej Oasis is designed on the principle of sustainability and will be a zero waste water discharge project. Features like solar water heating, car charging points for eco-friendly electrical vehicles, and rain water harvesting will be included in the project. Insulated roofs will be incorporated to substantially reduce heat ingress thereby resulting in substantially lower air conditioning loads.
Godrej Oasis is being developed as a joint venture with Oasis Buildhome Pvt. Ltd. (OBPL).
