Chennai Real Estate Awards 2013 - Winners Announced

These awards are instituted under 12 categories that are intended to encourage infrastructure development, the use of technology and the impartial manner in which these executions affect the infrastructure of Chennai and its people.

The jury for the awards was comprised of Dr. K. Gunashekaran, PHD holder in concrete technology and a popular figure at the SRM University; Alok Chaturvedi, COO & publisher Siliconindia.com and P. Bakianathun, regional owner at RE/MAX CHENNAI.   

The award ceremony commenced with the Young Achievers Award under which the dynamic and upcoming young stars were felicitated. The award under this category was won by Mr. Ramasamy, Managing Director of KRS Construction.  

The award for the ‘Upcoming Ultra Luxury Project’ of the year was fetched by “TVH” (True Value Homes) for their project “Quadrant.”

The Luxury Project of the year was won by RWD (Ramky Wavoo developers) for their project “Atlantis”, (Central Chennai) and “CASA Grande” grabbed the award for their project “Versailles” (Chennai South) and Alliance Group won the award for their Project “Orchid Springs” (Chennai North).
