The valuation of property is slow in areas where there is availability of land parcels for real estate development. While areas where there is paucity of land sees higher property valuation. For instance, a property in the heart of a city is much costlier than a property in outskirts. However, over the years, changes have come in landscape where cities are expanding their boundaries to make availability of land plots but when it comes to property valuation, city properties witness higher appreciation than outskirts.

Customized properties are always costlier than the conventional buildings. The property valuation for custom-built properties is higher as it fulfils customer’s requirement. For instance, some home buyers may want to upgrade their kitchens, best quality paint, better flooring or other personalized changes. This certain things affect the property prices to go upward.
