Taking care of entire Technical Product Support Project
Management globally by providing technical support through remote
way & on-site support to internal and external customers in the
operation, equipment installations, upgrade, diagnosis & trouble
shooting, repairing and application of semiconductor wafer
inspection systems, Fly and fix for escalation support globally.
Involved in system installations, erection & commissioning
of the equipments and training the customers, with traveling to
customer fabs in Asia, Europe and USA. Reporting the reliability
issues and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering,
Manufacturing & software engineering. Maintaining of Service
documentation, updating Tech Talks, Field Service
Bulletins.
Managing preventive & breakdown maintenance of
all the installed equipments in the region.
Assists with
development of training programs and provides training to our own
CSEs & TSEs, customers and other product support personnel &
Group training.
Managing the multiple projects with multiple
customers simultaneously, meeting all the customer requirements &
satisfy the customers in all respects by providing the best
innovative solutions and having Level-3 & 4 Product Support
Certifications.
Interacting with manufacturing divn. on
regular basis for up-gradation of tools & NPI in the field.
