JOB PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Handling Team of 21
Members, with regards to Operations & Workflow
Management. Maintaining the performance records and giving
feedback to the team members. Managing work flow for Mumbai
& Manila site. Ensure that all work items are completed as
per the TAT. Managing & allocating the work to team member
& getting the work done from them. Preparing the weekly /
monthly MIS reports. Keeping a diligent watch over the risk
factors associated with the process & adherence to
SLA. Monitoring the exceptions and ensure that they are
resolved in a timely manner. Preparing monthly Town hall
(business review) presentation for Mumbai & Manila. Identify
opportunities for improving the efficiency of the
process. Identify the training requirements of the team
members and work with the PM on providing the required trainings
Establish excellent relationships with the client
operations site with whom the team will need to interact on a
regular basis. Track the changes to the procedures and
ensure that the team is fully aware of the changes.
