Direct daily operations and business plan implementation for
Retail Store of this leading company dealing in Branded Fashion
garments (Men’s, Ladies, Children, Accessories, Gift &
Novelties & Footwear). Fully accountable to the Country Manager
to provide visibility and monitor productivity. Managing a team
of 30 Staffs.
• Full responsible for the commercial
management of the company’s Retail Store of 20,000 sq.
ft.
• Plan, direct and control all activities related to
retail sales operations including strategic planning, business
development, operations, sales and marketing, administration,
safety & security, Creative Merchandising & Display, Inventor
Management & Customer Service of the company and P & L
Performance of the Showroom.
• Worked directly with the
Country Manager to set both strategic and operation goals and
objectives for the showroom.
Spearheaded and grew the Annual
Sales Revenue of the Showroom from AED. 11 million p.a. to AED.
14.3 p.a. Played major role in growth and development of the
business in the Retail Store since joining the
company
• Plan and execute company store guidelines based on
the company’s retail strategy ensuring high standards of
customer service.
• Monitor Industry publications and events
to heighten awareness of current and future trends in the fashion
industry.
• Delivered personal attention to customers, to
ensure high level of satisfaction, to generate repeat clientele,
and to encourage word of mouth referrals.
• Skillfully handled
customer return and refunds, alteration, complaints, product
holds and special orders.
• Train, mentor, appraise and
supervise retail sales associates.
• Fostered a team
atmosphere through improved training, communication and
motivation. Ensuring clear direction and employee
preparedness.
• Conduct feasibility studies for business
expansion in new markets.
• Accurately handled Sale Cash
deposits & Petty Cash expenses of the showroom with proper
security measures and approval.

database & customer profile for the Marketing
department.
• Monitor on cash counter area to void
manipulations & Customer Complaints.
• Maintain the highest
level of motivation and development and team member through
effective space and time management.
• Maximized sales and
productivity through strategic planning & implementation,

Forecasting.
• Plan and implement calendar of promotional
activities for positive Brand building to maintain Brand
