customer service. • Monitor Industry publications and events
to heighten awareness of current and future trends in the fashion
industry. • Delivered personal attention to customers, to
ensure high level of satisfaction, to generate repeat clientele,
and to encourage word of mouth referrals. • Skillfully handled
customer return and refunds, alteration, complaints, product
