About Vimal Goswami
I am engineer with degree in civil engineering. I belong to Central engineering Service 1988 batch and have career in civil engg construction projects and project management. I do have expertise in contract formulation and contract management with insight as a technocrat as well legal person with knowledge of laws and legal issues.I do have 23 years experience in this field varying from private sector to state govt to central services. Presently I am working as Director Planning, estimating, budget & audit in a project of central govt.
