I am Vilas Yeshwant Pardhi working as Marketing Engineer with ROHM Semiconductor. ROHM Semiconductor  is Japanese MNC deals in Innovation and Manufacturing of Semiconductor Products. I am handling Technical Marketing, Application Engineering, Sales and Business Development for Western India includes Maharashtra, Gurjat and Goa. I have 3 Yrs and 05 Months Experience in Sales and Marketing after completing B.E in Electronics and Tele-Communication from Amravati University.

Challenges in job
Electronics Industry is in growing stages in India and presently no manufacturing of semiconductor products in India. At this initial stages, it is great responsibility and challenge to develop and cultivate the bigger and better market of tomorrow. Growth and responsibilities are enormous, so these challenges are investment for future Growth

My point of view
Many products are designed in India which are dominating the world market but lack of Manufacturing Facility, Design Centres not helping our potential. Due to lack of opportunities and unwillingness to change the existing policies, Technical Talent in India cannot justice the potential
My goals
To develop and cultivate the Western India business for company and work at the higher level with New Team
Advice to professionals
Anyone willing to join Marketing/Sales in Semiconductor Industry should first introspect whether they really wants to enter field of Marketing as the starting barriers to develop relationship with customer are troublesome for customer and Individual as well

Advice to students
There is more jobs and opportunities in India apart from Information and Technology (IT), explore and prepare for other opportunities also.
