Believe in Innovation

Innovation is never easy. However, getting that innovation understood and accepted is the real deal. Each innovation oriented start-up would have to go through the acceptance phase. Developing the right ecosystem is very important. Fellow entrepreneurs can give valuable feedback, and you learn a lot while giving feedback to other entrepreneurs.
Difficulties faced
From a development standpoint, we placed ourselves at an intersection of multiple disciplines – psychology, statistics, IT, education. Mulch-disciplinary research is not common in India. We had to train experts in one area and sensitize them to other fields. The efforts paid off and we were able to develop really unique systems.

In a start-up it is very important to empower your people. There will always be too much to do and much more to think about. Distributing thinking hats helps create a team with a common goal but multiple ideas. Disagreements are very good. It is an indicator that people believe in something and are serious about achieving something from their actions.
