• Responsible for all stages of recruitment process
recruiting from database and from the internet, interviewing,
screening, negotiating Salary and reference-checking candidates
resume prior to being submitted to the client.
• Communicating with prospective candidates via phone and
email regarding their technical background, availability and job
status etc.
• Identify and shortlist profiles from the
company's database.
• Conducting telephonic interviews and
personal interviews.
• Forward short listed candidates to
functional heads.
• Following up on candidate status &
discussing offers to be made.
• Invoice rising for the
sourcing fees.
• Closing the joining formalities.
• Post
placement candidate relationship management such as serving as
first point of contact and counseling of candidates on queries.
• Maintaining Records of No of CV's, MIS & reports on a daily
/ weekly basis.
• Sending Weekly reports to the management
with all details.
• Interaction with finance dept. of
different clients to collect the sourcing fees.
• Interacting
with Pay roll Department for releasing the
salary.
• Responsible for Internal Recruitment of different
Dept in organization.
• Calling the new client and generating
the new business for the company.
• Client meeting for further
details of recruitment and staffing.
• Doing monthly review
with VP, ZM and TL of the company.
• Quarterly review with
Central Head and CFO of the company.
• Handling the complaints
of Joined candidates.
• Acting as a Team Leader for
interacting with all clients.
• Maintaining good relation with
all Clients.
