I have joined NIIT-TECHNOLOGY as a Team Lead – Infrastructure.
Presently working as a Project Lead (Outsourced for a US Internet
Service Provider) www.EarthLink.net. I am Leading a Team of 11
Windows System Engineer and responsible for the EarthLink
infrastructure specific to Windows Platform, I am also
responsible for technical escalation, resource recruitment, KRA
for my team and initiating meetings with our counterpart in US
for transition of knowledge and processes. My daily activities
include Request for Change in Core-Windows Environment and
troubleshooting technical escalations.
