Qualities needed to become a successful leader
I believe a leader should be inspiring to those around him. He should display a sense of encouragement and should be a positive thinker. He shouldn't take all the credit of a company, project or a job. Instead, he should distribute the credit where it is due. He should offer credit to those who earn it, and readily display selfless characteristics.

Able to act on initiative, identifying opportunities and proactive in putting forward ideas & solutions.Determination to get things done, make things happen & constantly looking for better ways of doing things.Able to influence and convince others, to discuss and reach agreement.Managing time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work to deadlines.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
In India education system is very very poor. The system of education in India should be learning-centric rather
than exam-centric. Children must be allowed to choose subjects according to their interests.Instead of gaining knowledge from voluminous books and lectures, children must be made to interact in groups and express their views on various topics. Rather than taking notes from the teacher and textbooks, children must be made to research information on their own from library books and the Internet and share them in the class. This will help them develop good reading habits, self-confidence and openness to criticism. It will also help them in developing critical reading and analytical skills. Children will be able to remember what they learn when they apply it practically. They must be taken on field trips to museums, labs, planetariums, excavation sites, botanical gardens, etc. where they can learn by interacting with knowledgeable and experienced people in various fields.
Influenced by
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) because of his gentleness, generosity and concern for the well fare of his followers has influenced me most in my life.
Michael H. Hart - the writer of the famous book “The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History”
writes in his book : ”My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world's most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular levels.Of humble origins, Muhammad founded and promulgated one of the world's great religions, and became an immensely effective political leader. Today, 14 centuries after his death, his influence is still powerful and pervasive.”
