About Sunimal Alles
I am an Automobile Engineer that graduated in Madras in 1974. After having worked for 10 years in the industry I started focusing on trying to make the world a better place by finding ways to improve whatever badly done things I had seen during my lifetime. Currently, I am trying to convince everyone that by identifying and refining the natural talents/strengths that one has, and finding ways to market them by building human relationships, can enable them to live meaningfully and joyfully.

resolution, humanitarian/emergency relief and logistics;
community initiated psychosocial and rehabilitation in post

secondary education systems; advocacy/strategy for conflict
resolution and early warning for conflict prevention; setting up
systems for accountability, anti-corruption and; Setting up
democratically governed CCC (Concerned Citizens Committees) and
ACBL (Advisory Centres for Better Living); re-structure of
private enterprises and civil society, workforce development and
placement/jobs for the unemployed; project implementation, office

and aspirations, advice to entrepreneurs, small businesses and
farmers, access to loans/grants and creation of market linkages.
