Strong Belief in yourself and your work because work is worship. You need to be happy what you are today and what you are doing for your future the rest follows.
Most Important Decisions
My first most important career decision was to leave a Central Government job at the beginning of my career and taking a sales career in a private sector that too when I was not fit for Sales and second most important decision was when I sacrificed my working career and started as an entrepreneur.
Most Important Lessons
Associate with like minded people, learn from them and use the experience. Do not get carried away by people who do not think positive. Learn from the failures, do not bow, they are the best experiences. Make and keep rapport with the people on a long term which will give you long term benefits.
