My important career decision
The most important career decisions changing the domain from Telecom ordering to Healthcare.I saw a major upmarket in the Healthcare vertical and from the future aspects i moved to GE Healthcare.I worked there for some time and learned how critical is the healthcare industry. And now i am in pharma business. So its a critical career decision which enable me ro look across the domains and prepare myself for the new emerging healthcare segments.
Managing professional as well as personal life
Well initially I had a trouble in managing stuff at office. But i started managing things better and at the same time i started implementing the same strategiers in my personal life. I prioritize tasks in my personal life and work according to that. And right now i manager my personal and professional life in a very good manner. I always say, if we are trying to manage professional life, we must work to manage our personal life to. Its not only professional life we need to learn management. It should be implemented in personal life to balance them
Goals and Ambitions
From the goals point of view, I would see myself as manager who would be managing a delivery and people. I would like to see myself as a manager who is independent of technology.I am trying to create myself on a generic, which requires general management skills rather than having specific technology skills.
Making job easier
Its the thought process and optimization and prioritization of tasks that makes life easy at work. I forecast the day to day task duration which i would be taking keeping all the aspects in my mind and i plan my day accordingly. It would help me to deliver my tasks on time.
My strongest Skill
Prediction and forecasting.
My advice
I would recommend to learn things and make yourself more professional. Boost the confidence by talking to people across the organisation and just dont run behind the money or onsite. Learn the work and be a fast learner.
Being different
Its the thought process which helps an engineer to segregate from others. We always find the solution of a problem and try to implement it.
Challenges faced in job
The really challenging part about the job is to get the work done from the persons who are senior in designation in your team.It would help in getting work done from every member of the team and get to know about the skills of each member and to get into a shoes of a good manager.
