Right now i am a fresher.

Essential qualities:

have to keep Patience, confidence, well bahaviour,poliet by nature and there are various qualities required to become a successful leader.

Effective words:

first of all, one need to take interest in learning new things which will be beneficial for the organisation, willing to learn, should be adaptable by nature..Should focus on the goals.

After few years:

I simply want to be successful daughter, i simply want to stand on my own.i want to see myself as independent girl.

books which can enhance our knowledge, which can bring lots of change in mind in good sense, positiveness kind of thoughts.

Turning point:

till now, i have not found that kind of thing...i had solved myself by working on that.
