Essential Advice
I have still have a primitive frame of mind and I still feel a QA need to know basics of coding and data structures and fundamentally have born talent to understand&absorb new technology and frameworks.
Changes in the industry
When I started my carrier in IT there were no QA engineers it was all developers and integration leads ,those days Unit and Integration testing was actually burden for the developers and the solution architect. The system have evolved and QA (testing) has shown more and more importance in IT world
Areas for the Future
I feel as such QA needs to have specilized knoweldge on particular domain involved as QA role is growing and need to take up challenges both as tester and solution architect roles
Most Important Lessons
I have learned very few things but then its too important ,few things that I would like to share is compassion towards work and life ,secondly high motivation to challenges in all hemisphere of life.
