Ensuring extraordinary
service by promptly and accurately responding to phone calls from
existing merchants, making it easy for them to do business,
recognizing their value and solving their issues. & add
incremental value on each and every interaction with a stated
outcome of exceptional feedback from our merchants and increased
merchant loyalty. Was responsible for evaluating and analyzing
merchant account information and recommending tailored solutions
to the merchants, that add value to their business. Job Posted
to the Risk Management Unit of American Express. DESIGNATION :
ANALYST It’s a Job of an Authorizer, (Risk Management) dealing
with all the operations done in order to control possibility of
risk happening globally. Utilizing analytical skills in
optimizing payment card authorization rates, whilst at the same
time, ensuring that card portfolio stays within tolerable limits
of payment card fraud risks. Processing on a round-the-clock
basis, a variety of manual authorization requests from acquiring
institutions and merchants worldwide, analyze suspicious
transactions as identified by our fraud detection systems, as
well as perform transaction verification calls to card members.
Indepth knowledge in credit risk management system (CRMS)
applications.
