Maintaining Balance:

I am a new mother, just six months old and am enjoying this relationship with my work as well.My work allows me to travel and train and I take my kiddo along with me when I go for meetings. I finish my assignement and he takes a ride in the car.
I am determined to take both in my stride.

Turning point:

When I was thinking of starting my own venture and after a lot of hiccups, it took off. At a certain point, I was stuck up and thought of leaving the startup and join any organisation with a fat package but the determination took better of me and I went ahead to take a plunge in my own organisation.
